\nManual harvesting of the grapes, fermentation in concrete tanks at a temperature of 24\u00b0 where it remains on the skins for approximately 18 days, followed by soft pressing with a wooden press and maturation in concrete for 12 months.<\/p>\n
\nIntense ruby red color with a rich nose with hints of ripe red berries, cherry, strawberry and blackberry with a hint of freshly-mown hay.
